Chocolate Chunk Pudding Cookies Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
check for ingredient coupons here
1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix (like this)
1 box (3.9 oz) chocolate-flavor instant pudding & pie filling mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 tablespoons water
1 egg
1 1/4 cups Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups minis (like this)
(see my tips below)
DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F.
2: Mix cookie mix, dry pudding mix, melted butter, water and egg in large bowl with spoon until soft dough forms. Stir in Reese’s minis until blended. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
3: Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are set. Cool 5 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Store covered in airtight container.
Darlene’s Tips: You can try this with any flavor cookie mix and any flavor pudding. You can add any flavor morsels instead of the reese’s minis. Add nuts if you like. Experiment!

Below is a list of my Top 10 most viewed videos for the week of 4/6/20 – 4/12/20. If you have not seen them all, now is a great time to binge watch!
March was not the best month for me and April started out as one of my lowest earning months in a long time. I seem to be turning that around a bit, but I’m not convinced that I can save April. It’s fun trying, just the same.
Thank you to everyone who watches my videos!
Oh, my How I Turn Narrow Fabric Scraps Into New Fabric will be reaching 500K views at some point. I will do complete stats on that one, including earnings, when it hits 500K!

INGREDIENTS:
check for ingredient coupons here
8 oz Velveeta cheese product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 cans (15 oz each) chili (with or without beans)
1 package (16 oz) hot dogs, sliced
1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
(see my tips below)
See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos!
DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 375°F. Scatter cheese cubes in even layer in ungreased 13×9-inch pan.
2: In 2-quart saucepan, mix chili and sliced hot dogs. Heat over medium-high heat 4 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until hot. Spoon evenly over cheese in baking dish.
3: Press perforations to seal the crescent rolls. Carefully place over chili mixture.
4: Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top and bake 5 to 7 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
Darlene’s Tips: You can add up to 1/2 cup of chopped onions and/or peppers to this casserole. Just add on top of the chili and hot dogs then add the cheese. You can serve this inside sub roll for a chili cheese dog sandwich. You can also fill taco shells or roll in flour tortillas for chili cheese burritos.

INGREDIENTS:
check for ingredient coupons here
1 box muffin mix of your choice (14 to 16 oz size)
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
optional: glaze (see my tips below)
(see my tips below)
See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos!
DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 375°F. Grease bottom only of 8×4-inch loaf pan.
2: Stir muffin mix, water, melted butter and eggs in medium bowl until blended (batter will be lumpy). Pour into pan.
3: Bake 33 to 38 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and top of loaf is deep golden brown. Cool 15 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan and remove to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
Darlene’s Tips: For an easy glaze, just add a few drops of water or milk to 1 cup of powdered sugar and stir. Keep adding the liquid a few drops at a time until you get the consistency you want. You could add up to 1/2 cup of chopped nuts, raisins, morsels, or whatever you like to the mix.

INGREDIENTS:
check for ingredient coupons here
1 box (1 lb 2.3 oz) Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix
1/2 cup drained and rinsed black beans (from a can)
2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
1/2 cup water
optional: frosting of your choice
(see my tips below)
See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos!
DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13×9-inch pan with cooking spray.
2: Place beans in a blender and coffee granules with 1/2 cup water. Cover and blend on high speed 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth.
3: Mix bean mixture and brownie mix in large bowl until well mixed. Spread batter evenly in pan.
4: Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out with moist crumbs attached. Cool completely in pan on rack, about 1 hour.
Darlene’s Tips: I bet these brownies are super moist yet no egg for those who don’t do eggs! You can add 1/2 cup of chopped nuts or any flavor of baking morsels. If you add frosting, you can also top with more morsels or sprinkles of your choice.
