Pizza Waffles Recipe
a General Mills Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Refrigerated Original Biscuits (or any brand)
8 slices (1 oz each) mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup mini pepperoni slices
2 cups pizza sauce
(see my tips below)

DIRECTIONS:
1: Spray waffle maker with cooking spray; heat waffle maker.
2: Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Cut slit on 1 side of each biscuit, forming a deep pocket. Place 1 slice of cheese into each pocket. Top cheese with 6 or 7 pepperoni slices. Press dough around edge to seal each biscuit.
3: Place 1 biscuit on center of waffle maker. Close lid; cook 3 minutes or until waffle is golden brown. Repeat with remaining filled biscuits.
4: Serve with heated pizza sauce as a topping or as a dip.
Darlene’s Tips: You can use sliced deli ham or any other meat that you like. You could also add other pizze topping in the dough but cook them first.

Oh So Nutty Fudge Bars Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

Base
1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
Topping
1/2 cup butter
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (12 oz) salted mixed nuts (2 1/4 cups)

DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom only of 13×9-inch pan with cooking spray.
2: In large bowl, stir Base ingredients until well blended. Press evenly in bottom of pan.
3: To make Topping, in medium microwavable bowl, microwave 1/2 cup butter uncovered on High 30 to 60 seconds or until melted. Add chocolate chips; stir to melt. Microwave 15 seconds, if necessary to melt chips.
4: Add condensed milk; stir until completely blended. Pour over base in pan, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with nuts.
5: Bake 28 to 30 minutes or until topping is set. Cool completely, about 1 hour 30 minutes. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.
Darlene’s Tips: You can use any nuts you want. You could also use a different flavor of cake mix or morsels. Chocolate cake mix would be awesome and you could use peanut butter morsels. Or try spice cake mix with butterscotch morsels. Have fun with it!
