WALMART CLEARANCE –

NOTE: Clearance items are not always available in your store. They might be only in the warehouse. Most items can be ordered online and sent to your store and you can pick it up for free. If you don’t like or it does not fit, you can return it directly to the store. So easy!

Order online with FREE Store Pickup (if available)

Or ships FREE to home with $35 purchase

Availability can change at any time. Once the clearance deals are posted, stuff sells out quick so these deals may be limited or no longer available.

SHOPPING TIP: If you get close to the $35 minimum, simply order other stuff you always buy including groceries! There are more and more grocery items available on Walmart.com now that you can have shipped to your home. I love ordering the big and heavy stuff for home delivery like 20 rolls of toiler paper or big jugs of laundry detergent, stuff like that. I do about half of my grocery shopping on Walmart.com now. So convenient!

Muffin Tin Recipe – Mini Shepherd’s Pie

I use affiliate links in some of my posts. I may earn a commission if you use my links. Full disclosure.

Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!

Mini Shepherd’s Pie Recipe
a General Mills Recipe

Check out this huge selection of Betty Crocker Cookbooks!

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups of mashed potatoes (store-bought or cook your own)
1/2 lb lean ground beef
1/3 cup frozen or canned vegetables (peas, carrots or mixed)
1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated Crescent Dough Sheet
seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, seasoned salt, etc)

** NEW ** See All My Patreon Video Titles

DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray 12 standard muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray.
2: Add ground beef to a non stick pan and cook until browned, using a spoon to break up the meat.
3: Add vegetables to skillet and cook 2-3 minutes until heated through. Season to taste by adding salt, pepper or whatever seasonings you like, as desired. Remove from heat and set aside.
4: Unroll crescent dough on lightly floured work surface. Press dough into a 12×9-inch rectangle, and cut into 12 evenly sized squares. Place one square of dough in each muffin cup, gently pressing dough into bottom and up sides of cup.
5: Fill each dough cup with 1-2 tablespoons of beef filling then top with about 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes.
6: Bake 15-20 minutes until dough is golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving.

Darlene’s Tips: You can make the mash potatoes using instant potatoes. You coud also add some chopped onion to the meat while cooking. Don’t want to mess with muffin tins? Use a pie crust and make a 9″ pie instead!
