TGIF! It’s a gray and chili day today in Sanford, Maine. Do love! I don’t know if Sandy Pro and I will be going out or not. I might like to go to Marden’s to take some pictures of fabric so I can put together an offer of fat quarters for the peanut gallery. I’m very anxious to sell some fabric! Yesterday, I recorded 2 videos, but I only had time to edit and upload the Quilt Block Party video. And I think block #17 turned out great! The other video was a Tag Along to Walmart and I will edit and upload that today. I hit Walmart in the evening so just didn’t have time to get that done last night. And did you see the amazing price my Crazy Quilt Tote Bag is up to on ebay? Super excited about that! I started it at $20. Look at what it’s up to now! Like I said, I will have the tag along uploaded at some point today, but I also want to record something else. It might be Marden’s. It might not. I have more comments to read and I’d also love to do a new Toilet Paper Roll craft. And I also need to do another Random Facts Quiz! So much to do, so little time! But these are on the horizon! 2 Ingredient Cherry Pie Bars Recipe NOTE: Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it! INGREDIENTS: 1 (16.5 oz.) package Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough Darlene’s Tips: Use store brand cookie dough to save money. Also experiment with other flavors of pie filling like blueberry or apple. DIRECTIONS: Step 1: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Step 2: Press half of sugar cookie dough into bottom of a parchment-lined 9×9-inch baking pan. Spoon pie filling over the top. Drop small pieces of remaining sugar cookie dough on top of the filling, creating a “cobbler” of crust. Optional: Sprinkle with sugar if you want. Step 3: Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until medium golden brown. Remove and cool completely before cutting into squares.
