Just because I eat a certain way does not mean I have to limit myself to sharing only meat recipes. I’m not the carb police! lol Be sure you check out what I eat everyday!!!

I love to watch competitive figure skating. Skating for entertainment? Not so much. I guess I need the excitement of the pressure they are under when it comes to winning a medal. I’m weird like that. Yesterday – Friday 1/20 – Day 65 When I got up, I had my usual cup of coffee with milk (trying milk now instead of HWC). At 12:30pm, I ate what you see in the plate above. I had a most delicious pork chop along with sliced beef, ground beef and bacon ends, all cooked in butter. I ate almost all of what you see, but not quite all. I saved the rest for later.
At 7:00pm, I cooked up some more sliced beef, ground beef and bacon ends. Then I added 4 eggs to the mix and scrambled them up in the meat. I also added some American cheese to my plate, I think it was two slices. This was soooooo good! I ate until satisfied then saved the rest for later. At 11:15pm, I got hungry. But I did not want to cook or heat anything up in the microwave because I still have a mouse on the loose and all the lights were off in the kitchen and I was worried that he was out to kill me. lol So I grabbed my leftovers from the day and ate those cold. I don’t think I had any milk after. But I know I had water, took my benadryl, and hit the hay. Food that entered my mouth yesterday: pork chop, beef shoulder roast, ground beef, bacon ends, eggs, cheese, butter, milk, coffee, pepper, lots of water. You can watch THIS VIDEO to learn why I’m doing this. This is the facebook group I’m in. It’s a public group so you can read the posts without joining. I will be talking about this new way of life often on my Youtube channel, so please subscribe and you won’t miss a thing! This is the article that I stumbled upon by Kelly Hogan which got me immensely excited. And this is Kelly’s blog. PLEASE READ: Please remember that it’s MY CHOICE to eat the way I want. If you think this is unhealthy, know I’m not as concerned with physical health. I’m more concerned with my mental health. I’m on a mission to feel better mentally… without cravings!!! I’m willing to test this so you don’t have to! But what works for me might not work for you. I’m not doing this to lose weight. I’m doing this because I’m convinced that I’m overly sensitive to carbs and that I must stay away from them if there is any chance of me feeling better. I’m eating from the animal kingdom only, like the complete opposite of vegan. I know this upsets many, but I promise I won’t eat your pets. You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!) BE COOL -> Subscribe to my Youtube channel I use affiliate links in some of my posts. Happy Saturday! I’m off to a slow start today! But that’s okay. I know I’ll put in many of hours of work today, because that’s what I like to do… WORK! Not around the house, but at my computer 🙂 Yesterday, I announced my new facebook group for Youtube Content Creators (video about the group)! This is an awesome place for us to network and learn from each other. If you make Youtube videos, please join (link to the group). We are the Mixed Nuts from the Peanut Gallery!!! I also dabbled with my first Youtube Poll and I’m going to love that feature!!! I put up a video and I’m letting my viewers decide which print I should use for my next No-Sew Fleece project (it’s a full robe with sleeves, no sewing!!!). You can still vote for either zebra or geometric… they are currently neck and neck. Look for a little i in the top right corner. If you don’t see it, hover over the screen with your mouse or tap the screen and it should pop up. Seems like it’s there for the entire video and does not disrupt your viewing experience. I also have an eBay auction up and running for the Camouflage Fleece Blanket that I made before my vacation. You can see that here! I hope to have some new tote bags up for auction for you soon, maybe as soon as today! Stay tuned! And be sure you enter Courtney with Love’s Giveaway for an awesome set of makeup brushes!!!
