FREE Egg Noodles at Shaw’s right now with coupon available in the store

I use affiliate links in some of my posts. I may earn a commission if you use my links. Full disclosure.

If you are heading out to Shaw’s, be sure you pick up some FREE egg noodles!  Here’s how…

Shaw’s has their Essential Everyday egg noodles on sale for $1 per bag (it says 10 for $10, but you don’t have to buy 10).

Look for the Fresh for Fall coupon booklets in the store (in Sanford, there is a display for the booklets as you enter the produce side of the store).

Go to page 27 in the booklet and cut out the $1 OFF coupon for any Essential Everyday product (there are scissors at the coupon table).

Pick up a bag of FREE egg noodles, or two, or three!  There is no limit on the coupon, however, sometimes it will only take $1 off the first one. So, watch the screen carefully to make sure it’s taking off each dollar.  If it doesn’t, your cashier can do it manually.

I didn’t check to see how long the egg noodles are $1. It might end on Thursday, but sometimes the $1 deals go on longer. If they are back to regular price, just look for something else that is $1 or close to it. Pasta is regularly $1.29, so you can get that for 29¢.

There are some slick new coupons that just came out for various Schick products! Here’s your chance to get a good deal on a close shave!

There are a lot of sales coming to match these coupons to. These coupons won’t last long, so print whatever you think you might need.

CVS DEAL: CVS will have the Quattro for Women on sale for $8.99 starting on Sunday the 25th. Use the $5 off coupon, pay $3.99 and get $4 Extra Bucks to use on something else! (limit, one $4 EB per CVS card)

WALMART DEAL: You should be able to turn the $6/2 Schick disposable coupon into a money maker at Walmart. The 12 packs of disposables are usually priced around $2 per pack. Pick up 2 packs for $4, use the $6 off coupon, get the razors FREE and make $2 on top of it!  UPDATE! I did not find this deal at the Sanford Walmart. The cheapest disposables were $5.97 per pack, so certainly not a money maker. If people are finding them for $2 per pack they are L U C K Y!!!

Did you get your FREE candy at CVS yet? Here’s what I got!

I use affiliate links in some of my posts. I may earn a commission if you use my links. Full disclosure.

In case you missed it, CVS is giving out a coupon on facebook for FREE candy or beverage (really, who is going to take a beverage over candy… maybe a very thirsty person?) with a value of up to $2.00.  This offer is still available… click here to get yours!

When I went in to get my free candy (made sure I was NOT thirsty), I first scanned my CVS card at the big red coupon machine.  And guess what it spit out?  A coupon for $1 off Reese’s!

Now I had $3 that I could put toward candy! I picked up a bag of Reese’s peanut butter cups that was on sale for $3.33 (they are not marked at the Sanford CVS, but they are on sale… use the coupon machine to scan for prices).  I used both my coupons and paid a total of 41¢ including tax!

Then I gave the candy to my mother :O)

Always scan your CVS card at the coupon machine before you shop! They often spit out coupons to go along with other coupons that are out there! You can stack the coupons that spit out of the machine with your other coupons and save even more money!

I’m going to be honest here and tell you that I was deeply depressed that I could not find any Reese’s for exactly $3.  I hated paying that extra 33¢… yes, I HATED that!!!  I don’t mind paying tax, but I like the base price to be free. I didn’t cry out loud… only on the inside. They already think I’m nuts at that store, so I had to hide my tears!

Why I bought $600 worth of Gulf gas cards at Shaw’s

I use affiliate links in some of my posts. I may earn a commission if you use my links. Full disclosure.

I just love, love, LOVE getting FREE stuff!  And thanks to a gift card promotion that Shaw’s had last week, I will be able to get FREE food… lots of it!

Shaw’s just had a deal where if you bought $100 in gift cards, you got a $10 Shaw’s gift card for FREE!  A $10 Shaw’s gift card goes a loooooong way with me.  I can buy SO MUCH STUFF for $10 by matching coupons to sales.  I wanted some of those FREE Shaw’s gift cards.  I did.  I really, really did.

I decided that since I easily save $600 a month on groceries and household items, I’d spend $600 of my savings on Gulf gas cards. I’m going to buy gas anyway, right?  By doing that, I got $60 worth of Shaw’s gift cards that I can use toward my groceries! That FREE money will go a long way for me because I will still shop for bargains and use coupons. Just because I got free money does not mean I will pay full price for anything!

Now I have enough gas for probably a year, that’s if I do only my usual traveling. And I know I can stretch that $60 worth of FREE food (along with the $20 Shaw’s gave me just for being me) to last me two months, maybe even three months. That means no more out of pocket spending for me for awhile, not at Shaw’s and certainly not on gas!

Once you start extreme couponing, you will quickly realize just how far $10 can go.  It’s amazing!!!  Some people might think it’s crazy to dish out $600 on gas just to get $60 in return. But remember, that $60 is FREE MONEY! And when you shop like I do, you can build a nice stockpile for sixty bucks! And when you save like I do, you will have $600 to spend on gas cards! It’s a win, win!
