Yesterday – Saturday 2/18 – Day 94

When I got up, I had my usual chug jug of hot water.

At 1:30pm, I had what you see on the plate above, and it was freaking fantastic!  I cooked some slices of beef and was able to make them rare or medium rare like I like.  I also fried up some kielbasa and two slices of salami. Then I had an awesome piece of haddock.  I ate all the fish, sausage and salami but left about half the beef.

At 8:00pm, I cooked an entire pound of ground beef.  Then I fried a slice of salami and put the leftover beef slices from lunch in the pan just to warm that up a bit.  I ate everything expect for one slice of beef!  I had that with mustard.

At 1:00am, I ate the rest of my deli roast beef along with 3 slices of salami and I also ate that one lonely slice of beef that was leftover from my dinner.

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  sliced beef, haddock, salami, kielbasa, ground beef, deli roast beef, mustard, butter, salt, pepper and lots of delicious water.

Yesterday – Friday 2/17 – Day 93

When I got up, I had my usual chug jug of hot water.

At 3:30pm, I cooked the lovely New York sirloin and haddock that I had just picked up at Roger’s on the way home from my Biddeford Ride Along.  The reason the fish is brown is because I cooked the steak first, then while letting it rest, I cooked the fish in the very same pan.  I absolutely LOVE this surf and turf combo!!!  I ate all the fist about half the steak. Oh, and the steak was cooked in butter. So the fish was cooked in buttery steak juice.

At 9:30pm, I thought I was hungry so I grabbed the leftover steak (I love cold steak, any cold meat) along with some roast beef and salami.  I had a few bites of the steak, one slice of salami and I picked on the roast beef but realized I was not really hungry, so I put it all away.

At 1:00am, I was hungry for real.  I ate the rest of my steak, another slice of salami, some deli roast beef and I also gobbled up my leftovers from the night before (or night before that?) which included ground beef, bacon, sausage and eggs.  I ate that cold too.

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  steak, haddock, ground beef, smoked sausage, bacon, eggs, deli roast beef, salami, butter and lots of delicious water.

Yesterday – Thursday 2/16 – Day 92

When I got up, I had my usual chug jug of hot water.

At 2:00pm, I had a plate of leftovers.  There is a partially eaten chicken breast, some breakfast sausage that I cooked for freezing, a hamburger patty (that was actually cooked fresh, I made two, one for dinners also), sliced beef and a piece of steak.  I warmed everything up in a pan on the stove, with my delish butter.  It comes out so juicy that way!  I ate almost all that you see on my plate.  I have a bit of sliced beef left and since it was leftovers, I tossed it.

At 8:00pm, I cut up some bacon ends and some smoked sausage and I cracked open 6 eggs on top of that.  I also warmed up the leftover hamburger patty that I made for lunch.  That made an awesome plateful of food and I ate almost all of it.

At 1:30am, I was in bed but was thinking about eating, so I got up and chowed down on deli roast beef until I felt satisfied.

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  sliced beef, ground beef, steak, chicken, breakfast sausage, smoked sausage, eggs, deli roast beef, butter and lots of delicious water.

Yesterday – Wednesday 2/15 – Day 91

When I got up, I had my usual chug jug of hot water.

At 3:30pm, I cooked the beef  you see above  in butter.  This was an odd choice since one entire side of my mouth was completely numb from novocain.  But I wanted beef, so I had beef and tried not to chew up my tongue! lol  I did decide to add some mustard after I took the pic.  That particular roast really had no flavor, and with a numb mouth and all, I just wanted to give up and not eat.  The mustard helped.  I still only ate about half of what was on the plate.

At 8:00pm, my mouth was no longer numb so I cooked myself a most wonderful treat to celebrate the fact that my dentist day was over!  I cooked some lovely blood sausage in butter (boudin, blood pudding, you can see it in this haul).  I cooked all three of the blood sausages but saved one for my mother for her lunch today.  I really should have taken a pic, but I’ll be buying it again and cooking it on camera (and I still have to cook haddock on camera too) so stay tuned!

At 1:15am, I got hungry so I ate leftover broiled chicken and deli roast beef.  I ate until I was full then off to bed I went!

Yesterday – Tuesday 2/14 – Day 90

When I got up, I had my usual chug jug of hot water.

At 3:00pm, I cooked the rib eye that I bought during this Meat Haul and I must say, I was NOT impressed at all.  I won’t be buying that again.  I know I got an end cut, but this baby had no flavor.  The fat was tasty, but the actual meat was very blah.  I never fail with a New York Sirloin!!!  And I can get those on sale much cheaper than a rib eye. And the flavor of a NY Sirloin is da bomb (nice and bloody, too!).  I also cooked 6 breakfast links from the same shopping trip, then I heated up some of the egg and meat concoction that I had left over from the night before.  I ate everything on my plate except for 2 of the sausage links, which I gave to my mother.

At 9:30pm, I was not sure if I was hungry or not, so I ate some deli roast beef and 2 slices of salami (again, from this meat haul) to see if it would trigger my appetite, but it didn’t.  So I stopped eating and that was it for the night.

Yesterday – Monday 2/13 – Day 89

When I got up, I had my usual chug jug of hot water.

At 5:00pm, I had my first meat.  I had zero appetite yesterday and didn’t even want to stop to take time out of my day to eat.  But I knew I needed to eat because I was starting to get a very empty feeling and felt like I needed fuel.  I warmed up leftovers because I was in no mood to cook. The meal went down hard due to no appetite, but I managed to eat most of it, but not all.  I had leftover chicken, ground beef, steak  and sliced beef.

At 11:30pm, I got kind of hungry but again, no appetite.  So I cut up some bacon ends and cooked that with ground beef and I also cut some small pieces of sliced beef leftovers and heated that up in a pan.  Then I cracked 6 eggs onto that and scrambled the eggs a bit.  I considered adding cheese, but decided against it because dairy just does not agree with me.  I ate almost the whole pan of egg mix (sort of like an omelette) and felt quite satisfied.

Yesterday – Sunday 2/12 – Day 88

When I got up, I had my usual chug jug of hot water.

At 1:45pm, I cooked a steak (some kind of chuck, I think it was) and some big balls of ground beef!  I cooked the ground beef first, then cooked the steak in the grease from the ground beef.  Fantastic!  I feel like I’m eating like royalty! lol  I ate almost half of what you see on the plate.

At 10:30pm, I ate maybe half of a broiled chicken breast and 3 cooked slices of beef leftover from the day before (or day before that).  I had very little appetite yesterday.  Not hungry?  Don’t eat!

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  steak, sliced beef, ground beef, chicken and lots of delicious water.

Yesterday – Saturday 2/11 – Day 87

When I got up, I had my usual chug jug of hot water.

At 2:00pm, I cooked a nice slab of liver in butter, gave my mother half, and I had the rest. That’s what you see on my plate to the left.  I also cooked slices of beef in the same pan with the liver dripping… so freaking good!  Then I heated up one of my broiled chicken breasts and I began to feast!  I ate all the liver, almost all of the chicken, and I left 3 slices of beef on my plate.  Saved all that for later.

NOTE:  You do NOT have to eat liver for this way of life.  I eat liver because I love liver!  Many think you need to eat liver to get vitamin C. But you don’t even need vitamin C if you are eating only meat.  You only need vitamin C if you eat plants since they can cause vitamin deficiencies. Meat gives you all you need to live a healthy life eating while just meat. Watch this video to learn more.

At 8:00pm, I had a meal of just leftovers.  I had sliced beef, a piece of steak, and a tiny bit of ground beef and bacon ends.  I heated this all up in a pan with a bit of water.  I also had some mustard on the side and feasted like there was no tomorrow!

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  beef liver, sliced beef, chicken, steak, ground beef, bacon, butter, mustard and lots of delicious water.

Yesterday – Friday 2/10 – Day 86

When I got up, I had my usual chug jug of hot water.

At 2:30pm, I cooked the chicken breast and the sirloin steak that I picked up during this shopping trip.  I can’t even begin to tell you how much I enjoy this meal (pictured above)!  I share a bit of steak and chicken with my mother because she could not resist! lol  Then I ate almost all of the rest of the chicken breast and about half of the steak. Saved the rest for later!

At 7:30pm, I ate the rest of the chicken that was leftover from my lunch, and I also had more of the steak.  I ate these cold.  I absolutely LOVE cold leftover steak!  What steak I didn’t eat went back in the fridge for later.

At 10:30pm, I suddenly wanted eggs with gooey yolks.  I cut up some of my bacon ends and cooked those, then I dropped 5 eggs into that pan of bacon.  Oh, oh, OH was that ever good!!!  I let the eggs cook nice and slow then flipped them and let the yolks cook to the point where they were just a tiny bit runny (my favorite way to eat eggs).  I ate every bit on my plate.

NOTE:  At one point I wondered if eggs might be causing a reaction for me.  But it’s clear to me now that dairy was the culprit and now I can totally enjoy eggs with no signs of indigestion or no other side effects.  I must mention that eggs, however, should only be used as a side dish to meat.  I am guilty of sometimes making the eggs the focus of my meal.  Cracking a couple of eggs into a pound or so of ground beef, that’s fine and dandy (and so good!). But sometimes, especially late at night, I’m drawn to eggs. I know I’m getting enough meat throughout the day, so an occasional mostly-egg-meal to finish things off is okay by me.  It’s certainly better than a big bag of chips with a side of chocolate. lol

I’m doing this because I’m convinced that I’m overly sensitive to carbs and that I must stay away from them if there is any chance of me feeling better. I’m eating from the animal kingdom only, like the complete opposite of vegan. I know this upsets many, but I promise I won’t eat your pets. You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)

REMINDER!  I’m not doing this to lose weight!  This is not a weight loss diet!  ZC a way of life to support healing and to let you live your best life possible.  I would not promote this if I had not experienced the results personally.  But I have experienced fantastic result (no depression, free from joint pain, clear sinuses, tons of energy, etc), so I’m sharing my healing journey with you in case you are interested.  

I realize many are not interested in the least and even appalled by what I’m doing (you know, promoting the killing animals and all that). I’m not concerned by what others think.  If you want to come over and live my life for me, you can live it any way you want.  But if I’m forced to live my own life, I need to live it the best way that I can so that I can get through it with the least misery as possible.  

Is this a permanent solution for me?  Who knows!  I might do this for years or I might quit this tomorrow!  All depends on how it plays out. But as long as it’s EASY for me to do and that my cravings and depression stay at bay, I’m doing it! And I’m sharing my experiences with you with the hopes that it will help someone else.

Yesterday – Thursday 2/9 – Day 85

When I got up, I had my usual chug jug of hot water.

At 2:30pm, I ate the meal you see above.  It included sliced beef, ground beef with bacon ends, and chicken.  It was so good!  I ate almost all of it.

At 8:30pm, I sliced up more beef and cooked it in butter then also made a nice big hamburger patty.  I had a full plate and ate almost every bit of that too!  Oh, I had some mustard with it.

At 2:00am, I got hungry and grabbed some of my leftover beef slices and ate them cold.  I love cold beef!  And it’s always even more tender as leftovers.  Melts in my mouth!

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  ground beef, sliced beef, bacon ends, chicken, butter, mustard and lots of delicious water.

IMPORTANT – My doctor totally approves of this!!! See this vlog to see how my appointment went!
